Tengapo charges a single, predictable fee on every send transaction: 5% of the send amount, plus a small flat fee based on the amount bracket. There are no other charges. No monthly fees. No withdrawal surprises. No hidden anything.

Withdrawals from your Available Balance to mobile money or bank account may incur a processing fee charged by the payment provider. Tengapo does not add a markup on top of these costs. The exact fee is shown before you confirm any withdrawal.
We commit to publishing all fees upfront. If Tengapo ever changes its fee structure, existing users will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email. We will never introduce a hidden fee or retroactively change completed transactions.
