Tengapo is a financial technology platform operating under applicable Zambian and African Union financial regulations. All financial transactions on the platform are processed by licensed payment service providers including Flutterwave Inc.

Tengapo has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and financial crime. We monitor transactions for suspicious patterns and are legally required to report any suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Users found to be engaging in money laundering or related crimes will have their accounts immediately suspended and referred to law enforcement.
Tengapo may request additional identity verification for large transactions or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide required KYC documents may result in transaction holds or account suspension.
Tengapo transactions are generally non-reversible once confirmed. Senders who believe a transaction was made in error should contact support@tengapo.com within 48 hours. Chargebacks initiated through payment providers without first contacting Tengapo may result in account suspension pending investigation.
All content on the Tengapo platform — including the name, logo, Adinkra-inspired iconography, design elements, and written content — is the intellectual property of Tengapo and protected under applicable copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
